Issue with bank account verifications using micro deposits
Resolved - We think the impact from the issue is over.

Monitoring - We have implemented a mitigation that restores bank account verification for sending Checks. New bank account verification should now work as expected.

We will be providing an update in the coming week about longer-term changes to bank account verification, before they take effect. We apologize for any disruption this caused.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue affecting customers attempting to verify bank accounts with micro deposits through the Lob dashboard or API. We are investigating and working on a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
