We identified an issue that caused all postcard, letter and check creation requests to fail with a 500 response code between 2:04 PM to 2:20PM Pacific time. The error was related to artwork rendering. A fix was deployed at 2:20PM and all systems should be operational now.

Customers may notice postcards, letters or checks in their dashboard that resulted from the failed requests. This is a byproduct of the incident. Resources created during the outage without idempotency keys will be deleted and will not be printed. Those created with idempotency keys will be re-rendered and printed.
