We have implemented a mitigation that restores bank account verification for sending Checks. New bank account verification should now work as expected.

If you created a bank account within the last 7 days and are still unable to complete verification, please reach out to our support team at support@lob.com or visit https://help.lob.com/resources/getting-support for additional contact options.

We will be providing an update in the coming week about longer-term changes to bank account verification, before they take effect. We apologize for any disruption this caused.

We are aware of an issue affecting customers attempting to verify bank accounts with micro deposits through the Lob dashboard or API. We are investigating and working on a resolution. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
